ARCHIVAL TEXTILES
At Y’WANDE, preserving craft, technique, and material memory has always been at the heart of what we do. Many of our processes begin through experimentation, collecting off-cuts, revisiting old fabrications, testing artisanal methods, and allowing pieces to evolve naturally over time.
As part of this ongoing exploration, we are introducing a series of one-off archival wall hangings created from past textiles, fabric remnants, and handcrafted studies developed within our studio. Each piece exists as a continuation of our design language — documenting process, texture, and technique in a more permanent form.
These works are entirely singular and will not be reproduced. They are fragments of our evolving archive, created while we continue to explore new fabric manipulations and artisanal expressions within the brand.
